Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tic Tac
Toe for lawful purposes, subject to this agreement.
2. App Versions
The App is distributed in two versions:
Solana Mobile dApp Store Version — Includes wallet connection, on-chain gaming ("Play
for SOL"), and cryptocurrency features
Google Play Store Version — Includes only offline and online multiplayer modes, without
any blockchain or cryptocurrency features
3. Self-Custody Disclaimer
The dApp Store version is a self-custody application. You control your wallet and funds at all times.
Astrolab does not:
Custody your assets or cryptocurrency
Provide investment, financial, or legal advice
Act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution
Have access to your private keys or seed phrases
4. Game Wallet
The "Game Wallet" (Burner Wallet) feature creates a local wallet for seamless gameplay:
Keys are generated and stored locally on your device with encryption
You are solely responsible for backing up your Game Wallet private key
Loss of device or app data may result in loss of funds in the Game Wallet
Astrolab cannot recover lost Game Wallet funds
5. On-Chain Gaming
When playing "Play for SOL" games:
SOL wagers are locked in a Solana smart contract until the game concludes
Winners receive the pot minus a small protocol fee
Games have a 5-minute timeout mechanism — if your opponent doesn't move within 5 minutes, you may claim
victory
All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible
6. Fees
On-Chain Games — A 5% protocol fee is applied to game winnings
Network Fees — Standard Solana transaction fees apply to all blockchain operations
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App for:
Any illegal activity, including violations of gambling or cryptocurrency regulations
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Attempting to disrupt Solana network operations or abuse APIs
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
Reverse engineering, repackaging, or distributing the App without permission
Creating bots or automated playing systems
8. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED
AS IS
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
Astrolab is not responsible for losses arising from:
Network congestion or Solana blockchain outages
Wallet malfunctions or third-party wallet issues
Failed, delayed, or stuck transactions
Smart contract bugs (while extensively tested)
Third-party API failures (Helius, Firebase, etc.)
User error, including sending funds to wrong addresses
Loss of Game Wallet private keys
Market volatility affecting SOL value
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify transaction details before
confirming.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the on-chain gaming features. The Play Store version may be used by
users 13 and older for casual gameplay.
10. Termination
This license terminates if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
Termination does not affect funds already on the blockchain.
11. Legal Use
You are responsible for ensuring you are legally allowed to use cryptocurrency and gaming applications in
your jurisdiction. The App may not be available in all regions.
12. Modifications
Astrolab reserves the right to modify the App, fees, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Astrolab's operation.
