Astrolab

1. Ownership

Tic Tac Toe is developed and owned by Astrolab. All rights, title, and interest in the App (including source code, UI/UX design, game mechanics, branding, graphics, sounds, and content) are reserved by Astrolab, unless otherwise noted.

2. Restrictions

You may not, without written permission from Astrolab:

Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the App or any portion of it
Extract or reuse game assets, graphics, or sounds
Use Astrolab branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
Clone the App or create competing products using our design

3. Open Source Components

The App may include open source software components. These components retain their original licenses and are attributed to their respective authors. This does not grant rights to Astrolab's proprietary code.

4. Smart Contract

The Solana smart contract powering "Play for SOL" games is deployed and owned by Astrolab. The contract address and program ID are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners:

Helius RPC & WebSocket API

Firebase Auth, Database, Analytics

Google AdMob Advertising platform

OneSignal Push notifications

Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA)

6. User-Generated Content

Display names and game statistics submitted by users remain associated with their wallet addresses. Users grant Astrolab a license to display this information on leaderboards within the App.

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

Description of the copyrighted work
Location of the infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief

8. Trademarks

"Tic Tac Toe" as used in this App, the Astrolab logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Astrolab. "Solana" and the Solana logo are trademarks of Solana Foundation.
