License Agreement

Effective date: February 10, 2026

1. Seek VPN and Solana VPN (collectively "the Application") are utility tools developed and published by Astrolab. By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

License Grant

Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device, subject strictly to these terms.

Self-Custody (Solana Version)

The Solana VPN version is a self-custody application. You retain full control over your wallet and funds. Astrolab does not custody assets, provide financial advice, or manage user funds.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
Repackage, redistribute, or resell the service without written permission.
Use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to cyberattacks or violating local internet regulations.
Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the VPN infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Astrolab is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from:

Network downtime or VPN server congestion.
Solana network issues or wallet transaction failures (where applicable).
Changes in regional internet laws or censorship.
Third-party API availability or performance.

                INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
                NONINFRINGEMENT.
            

Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or Astrolab. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Astrolab is established. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application is legal in your current location.
