Intellectual Property Rights

Seek VPN and Solana VPN (collectively "the Application"), including all code, software design, interface elements, typography, branding, icons, and original content, are the intellectual property of Astrolab. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application are reserved by Astrolab, unless otherwise explicitly noted.

Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Application or its underlying technology.

Restrictions

Without express written permission from Astrolab, you may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Application's assets or branding.
• Use the "Astrolab", "Seek VPN", or "Solana VPN" names or logos in any way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
• Incorporate Application code or UI elements into other products or services.

Third-Party Attribution

The Application utilizes several high-quality open-source and third-party technologies. All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the Application are the property of their respective owners. These include:

• Solana Foundation: Solana logo and trademarks.
• Google: AdMob, Firebase, and Android trademarks.
• OneSignal: Notification service trademarks.
• OneConnect: VPN SDK and underlying infrastructure.
