License Agreement
Effective date: December 28, 2025
1. License Grant
Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Astro Burner for lawful purposes, subject to this agreement.
2. Self-custody Disclaimer
Astro Burner is a self-custody application. You control your wallet and funds at all times. Astrolab does not custody assets, provide investment advice, or act as a broker.
3. No Smart Contracts
Astro Burner does not deploy or use proprietary smart contracts. It uses standard Solana transaction instructions executed through your connected wallet (via MWA).
4. Fees
Astro Burner charges a 10% operational fee from the rent reclaimed when eligible accounts are closed. Fees are applied only upon successful closure transactions.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App for:
- Any illegal activity, including violations of financial or crypto regulations
- Attempting to disrupt Solana network operations or abuse APIs
- Reverse engineering, repackaging, or distributing the App without permission
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided AS IS without warranties. Astrolab is not responsible for losses arising from:
network congestion, wallet behavior, failed transactions, Solana outages, third-party API issues, or user error.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
7. Termination
This license terminates if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
8. Legal Use
You are responsible for ensuring you are legally allowed to use cryptocurrency tools in your jurisdiction.
