End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astrolab ("Publisher") governing your use of Game Terminal ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. License Grant
Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on compatible Android devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
- Access all gameplay features as provided by your installed version
This license is subject to your compliance with this agreement and all applicable laws.
2. App Versions
Play Store Version
- Free-to-play, ad-supported
- All 10 arcade games included
- Google AdMob interstitial ads
- No account or registration required
- No blockchain or cryptocurrency features
dApp Store Version
- All 10 arcade games included
- Solana wallet connection via MWA
- $SKR token & SOL subscriptions
- Ad-free for active subscribers
- Global leaderboards with wallet identity
- Cloud save tied to wallet address
3. Self-Custody Disclaimer (dApp Store Version)
The dApp Store version operates entirely on a self-custody basis. Astrolab does not hold, custody, or have any access to your wallet, funds, or tokens at any time.
- You control your wallet and all funds at all times
- Astrolab does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice
- Astrolab does not act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution
- You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials
- All transaction approvals happen inside your wallet app, not within Game Terminal
4. Subscription & Payment Terms (dApp Store Version)
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge:
- Subscriptions are purchased by sending $SKR tokens or SOL to the designated receiving wallet on the Solana blockchain
- Available tiers: 1 month (69 SKR / 0.016 SOL), 2 months (129 SKR / 0.030 SOL), 3 months (189 SKR / 0.045 SOL)
- Transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain
- Subscription status is verified via the Helius RPC API; network delays may occasionally affect verification
- Subscriptions are tied to your wallet address, not your device
- Astrolab is not responsible for failed or stuck on-chain transactions due to network congestion
5. Advertising Terms (Play Store Version)
The Play Store version displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob:
- Interstitial ads shown between game sessions
- User consent collected via Google's UMP framework in applicable regions
- Subject to Google's advertising policies
6. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the App for:
- Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
- Violations of cryptocurrency or digital asset regulations
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the App
- Attempting to manipulate leaderboard scores dishonestly
- Commercial use, redistribution, or resale without written permission
- Submitting false or manipulated on-chain transactions for subscription access
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Your use is subject to their respective terms:
8. Limitation of Liability
Astrolab is NOT responsible for:
- Loss of funds or tokens due to user error, wallet mismanagement, or phishing attacks
- Blockchain network congestion, outages, or failed transactions
- Third-party wallet app behavior or security breaches
- Cryptocurrency value fluctuations
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrolab, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any applicable laws.
10. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use mobile gaming applications and, where applicable, cryptocurrency tools and digital asset transaction services in your jurisdiction.
11. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Astrolab may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrolab regarding Game Terminal.
