End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astrolab ("Publisher") governing your use of Subway Surfers (Solana dApp Store) and Forest Run Adventure (Google Play Store) — collectively referred to as "the App". By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License Grant
Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on compatible Android devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
- Access all gameplay features as provided by your installed version
This license is subject to your compliance with this agreement and all applicable laws.
App Versions
🔗 Subway Surfers
- Full endless runner gameplay
- Solana wallet login via MWA
- $SKR token subscription (35 SKR / 30 days)
- Ad-free for active subscribers
- Banner, interstitial & rewarded ads (non-subscribers)
- Global leaderboard with wallet identity
- .skr / .sol domain name display
- Cloud save tied to wallet address
🎮 Forest Run Adventure
- Full endless runner gameplay
- Ad-supported (banner, interstitial, rewarded)
- No wallet or crypto features
- No account or registration required
- No blockchain transactions
Self-Custody Disclaimer (dApp Store — Subway Surfers)
The dApp Store version operates entirely on a self-custody basis. Astrolab does not hold, custody, or have any access to your wallet, funds, or tokens at any time.
- You control your wallet and all funds at all times
- Astrolab does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice
- Astrolab does not act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution
- You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials
- All transaction approvals happen inside your wallet app — never within Subway Surfers
Subscription & Payment Terms (dApp Store — Subway Surfers)
Subscriptions are purchased by sending $SKR tokens to the designated receiving wallet on the Solana blockchain. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge:
- Transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain
- Subscription status is verified via the Helius RPC API; network delays may occasionally affect verification
- Subscriptions are wallet-bound, not device-bound — you can use any device that supports Solana MWA
- Active subscribers receive an completely ad-free gameplay experience
- Astrolab is not responsible for failed or stuck on-chain transactions due to network congestion or insufficient $SKR balance
Advertising Terms
Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads are displayed via Google AdMob:
- Interstitial ads shown between game sessions
- Banner ads shown during gameplay
- Rewarded ads available for optional in-game benefits
- User consent collected via Google's UMP framework in applicable regions
- dApp Store subscribers (active $SKR subscription) are completely ad-free
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the App for:
- Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
- Violations of cryptocurrency or digital asset regulations
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications to gain unfair advantages
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the App
- Attempting to manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores
- Commercial use, redistribution, or resale without written permission from Astrolab
- Submitting false or manipulated on-chain transactions to bypass subscription verification
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Your use is subject to their respective terms:

Limitation of Liability
Astrolab is NOT responsible for:
- Loss of $SKR tokens due to user error, wallet mismanagement, or phishing attacks
- Blockchain network congestion, outages, or failed/stuck transactions
- Third-party wallet app behavior or security breaches
- Cryptocurrency value fluctuations
- Data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing app data
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrolab, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any applicable laws.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use mobile gaming applications and, where applicable, cryptocurrency tools and digital asset transaction services in your jurisdiction.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Astrolab may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrolab regarding Subway Surfers and Forest Run Adventure.
