License Agreement

Effective date: February 1, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astrolab ("Publisher") governing your use of Astro Shooter 2D ("the App").

1. License Grant

Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on compatible devices you own
Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
Access gameplay features as provided by the App

This license is subject to compliance with this agreement and all applicable laws.

2. App Versions

Google Play Store Version

The Play Store version is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. Features include:

Full gameplay experience
Interstitial and rewarded video advertisements
No account registration required
No blockchain or cryptocurrency features

Solana dApp Store Version

The dApp Store version includes enhanced features:

Full gameplay experience
Solana wallet connection via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA)
Retro Game Pass NFT minting capability
Ad-free experience for NFT holders
Self-custody blockchain integration

3. Self-Custody Disclaimer (dApp Store Version)

The Solana dApp Store version operates on a self-custody basis. This means:

You control your wallet and all funds/assets at all times
Astrolab does not custody, hold, or have access to your assets
Astrolab does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice
Astrolab does not act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials

4. NFT & Blockchain Terms (dApp Store Version)

By using the NFT minting feature, you acknowledge:

Retro Game Pass NFT: A digital collectible that grants ad-free gameplay access
Network Fees: Solana network transaction fees apply for minting
No Refunds: NFT purchases and blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable
Utility Only: NFTs are utility tokens for in-app benefits, not investment products
No Guaranteed Value: We make no promises regarding future value of NFTs

5. Advertising Terms (Play Store Version)

The Play Store version displays advertisements:

Powered by Google AdMob
Interstitial ads between gameplay sessions
Rewarded video ads for optional in-game benefits
Subject to Google's advertising policies

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App for:

Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
Violations of cryptocurrency or financial regulations
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
Attempting to disrupt network operations or abuse APIs
Commercial use, redistribution, or resale without permission
Harassment or harm to other users

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy
Firebase: Firebase Terms
Solana Network: Subject to Solana blockchain protocols
Helius API: For blockchain data retrieval
Metaplex: For NFT minting infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Astrolab is NOT responsible for:

Loss of funds, assets, or NFTs due to user error
Blockchain network congestion, outages, or failed transactions
Third-party wallet behavior or security breaches
Cryptocurrency value fluctuations
Device compatibility issues or data loss
Internet connectivity problems
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Lost wallet credentials cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for your wallet security.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrolab, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of this agreement
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws

10. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to:

Use mobile gaming applications in your jurisdiction
Use cryptocurrency tools and services (dApp Store version)
Engage in digital asset transactions (dApp Store version)

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination:

You must cease all use of the App
You must delete all copies of the App
Any NFTs you own remain in your wallet (dApp Store version)

Astrolab may terminate or suspend access at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrolab regarding the App.
