1. Scope of Service

Ludo Multiplayer is distributed in two distinct versions, each tailored for different platforms and features. This policy covers the data handling practices for both versions provided by Astrolab.

A. Standard Version (Google Play Store)

Designed for the broad mobile audience. It features classic ludo gameplay with online matchmaking and competitive leaderboards.

Supports free-to-play via non-intrusive advertisements (AdMob).
Uses anonymous guest sessions for quick entry.

B. Web3 Version (Solana Mobile dApp Store)

Designed for the Solana ecosystem. This version integrates blockchain technology to enhance the player experience through ownership.

NFT Gating: Uses your Solana wallet to verify ownership of specific assets for premium skins and rooms.
No Ads: A pure, ad-free experience for Premium NFT Holder.
Self-Custody: Connects via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA).

2. Information Collection & Use

We believe in the principle of Data Minimization. We only collect the technical identifiers necessary to run a multiplayer game.

A. Authentication & Identity

We use Firebase Authentication (Anonymous). This generates a random unique ID for your device. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number. You are identified in the lobby solely by a nickname of your choice.

B. Game State Synchronization

Our backend uses Firebase Realtime Database to synchronize token positions, dice rolls, and turn timers. This data is ephemeral and stored only for the duration of the match or to maintain your local profile state.

C. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to send you alerts when it is your turn or if a match has been found. You have full control over these notifications in your device settings.

D. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to monitor app stability, crash reports, and basic usage trends (e.g., "how many games are completed"). This data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to an individual user.

3. Solana Mobile & Wallet Security

For users of the Web3 version:

The App never accesses your private keys or seed phrases.
Wallet connection is handled via the secure Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) protocol.
All on-chain actions (like verifying an NFT) happen via signed messages that you must explicitly approve in your wallet app (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).

4. Advertising (Play Store Only)

The Play Store version may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve relevant content. You can manage your ad personalization preferences in your Google Account settings.

5. Financial Information

We do not process payments directly within the app. All NFT-related or digital asset interactions occur on the Solana blockchain through your third-party wallet provider.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Cloud and Firebase to protect the integrity of our game data. As the app relies on self-custody and anonymous IDs, the risk of personal identity theft through the app is virtually non-existent.
