Hoop Color Sort

License Agreement

Effective date: February 21, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astrolab ("Publisher") governing your use of Hoop Color Sort ("the App").

1. License Grant

Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on compatible devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Access puzzle gameplay features as provided by the App

This license is subject to compliance with this agreement and all applicable laws.

2. App Versions

Google Play Store Version

The Play Store version is a free-to-play puzzle game supported by advertisements. Features include:

• Full gameplay experience with all base levels
• Interstitial, banner, and rewarded video advertisements
• No account registration required
• No blockchain, Solana, or cryptocurrency features included

Solana dApp Store Version

The dApp Store version includes enhanced, Web3-native features:

• Full gameplay experience
• Solana wallet connection via the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) standard
• Astrolab Subscription verification mechanism
• Complete ad-free experience for users holding active, verified Subscriptions
• Self-custody blockchain interaction capability

3. Self-Custody Disclaimer (dApp Store Version)

The Solana dApp Store version operates strictly on a self-custody basis. This means:

• You control your hardware/software wallet and all funds/assets at all times
• Astrolab does not custody, hold, or have access to your assets
• Astrolab does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice
• Astrolab does not act as a broker, exchange, or financial institution
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials and seed phrases

4. Astrolab Subscription Terms (dApp Store Version)

By using the Subscription features, you acknowledge:

• Astrolab Subscription: A payment processed securely via Solana granting ad-free gameplay access.
• Network Fees: Solana network transaction fees (gas parameters) apply in addition to the base subscription cost.
• No Refunds: Subscription purchases and blockchain transactions are immutable, final, and non-refundable.
• Utility Only: Subscriptions and tokens are utility instruments for in-app benefits, not investment products or securities.

5. Advertising Terms (Play Store Version)

The Play Store version displays advertisements:

• Powered by Google AdMob network
• Interstitial ads displayed strategically between gameplay levels
• Rewarded video ads enabling optional in-game benefits or continued play
• Banner ads displayed simultaneously with gameplay
• Subject to Google's advertising policies and geographic targeting parameters

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App for:

• Any illegal activity or violation of applicable international laws
• Violations of cryptocurrency, AML, or financial compliance regulations
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or employing unauthorized game modifications (mods)
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App's binaries or scripts
• Attempting to disrupt network operations, spoof transactions, or abuse internal APIs
• Commercial use, redistribution, repackaging, or automated resale without explicit permission
• Harassment, botting, or harm to platform infrastructure or other users

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with highly reliable third-party services. Your use of these services inherently binds you to their respective terms:

• Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase / OneSignal: Data and crash reporting processing operations.
• Solana Network: Subject absolutely to autonomous Solana blockchain protocols and validator consensus operations.
• Helius API: Utilized asynchronously for decentralized blockchain data retrieval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Astrolab is NOT responsible for:

• Loss of funds, assets, or SPL tokens due to wallet misconfiguration or user error
• Blockchain network congestion, unconfirmed transactions, outages, or failed RPC nodes
• Third-party wallet software behavior or catastrophic security breaches
• Underlying cryptocurrency macroscopic value fluctuations
• Hardware device compatibility issues, corrupted saves, or storage data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from app usage

9. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrolab, its foundational affiliates, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your direct use or systematic misuse of the App
• Your violation of any stipulation within this agreement
• Your violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your violation of applicable statutory laws

10. Legal Compliance

You bear all accountability for ensuring you are legally permitted to:

• Operate and download mobile gaming applications in your specific geographic jurisdiction
• Possess, transmit, and utilize cryptocurrency tools and self-custody wallets (dApp Store version)
• Engage fundamentally in decentralized digital asset transactions (dApp Store version)

11. Termination

This overarching license terminates automatically if you severely compromise or violate any terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all active usage of the App immediately
• You must delete all digital copies of the App from your devices
• Any SPL Tokens or cryptographic assets you own remain safely inside your self-custody wallet (dApp Store version)

Astrolab strictly reserves the right to terminate or suspend client access at any time reasonably without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

This collective agreement shall be governed by broadly applicable international laws. Any extreme disputes shall be resolved through binding technical arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction exclusively.

13. Severability

If any unique provision or paragraph of this agreement is formally found invalid or completely unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue powerfully in full, unfettered effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This master agreement, meticulously synthesized alongside the Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice, fundamentally constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrolab regarding Hoop Color Sort architecture.
