End User License Agreement
Effective date: March 1, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astrolab ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of Jurassic Steel Dinosaur ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
License Grant
Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device you own or control.

Google Play Store Version
- Free to download and play
- Supported by interstitial and rewarded video advertisements
- No account or wallet required
- Standard gameplay features available to all users
Solana dApp Store Version
- All standard gameplay features
- Solana wallet connectivity via Mobile Wallet Adapter
- NFT minting capability (Retro Game Pass)
- Ad-free experience for verified Retro Game Pass NFT holders
- Leaderboard and cloud save features
Retro Game Pass NFT
The Retro Game Pass is an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) on the Solana blockchain that provides utility within the App:
- Removes all advertisements during gameplay
- Grants access to exclusive features available only to NFT holders
No Guaranteed Value: The Retro Game Pass NFT is a utility token for in-app features only. It has no guaranteed monetary value and should not be purchased as a financial investment.
Transactions are Final: All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Astrolab cannot refund or reverse any NFT purchases or token transfers. Verify all transaction details before confirming in your wallet.
Wallet & Blockchain (dApp Store Version)
The dApp Store version integrates with Solana self-custody wallets on a self-custody basis:
- You retain full custody and responsibility for your wallet and assets
- Astrolab never has access to your private keys or seed phrases
- All transactions require your explicit approval in your wallet app
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part thereof
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game progress fraudulently
- Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse, exploit, or overload any blockchain or API services used by the App
Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, graphics, code, and branding, is the property of Astrolab or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolab is not responsible for:
- Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
- Network failures, blockchain congestion, or smart contract errors
- Wallet security breaches or unauthorized access to your wallet
- Device compatibility issues or data loss
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Termination
Astrolab may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
