License – Astro Word Link

Effective Date: March 20, 2026

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the publisher of Astro Word Link ("Publisher"). By downloading, installing, or playing Astro Word Link you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License – End Users

The Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Install and use the App on devices you personally own or control
Access and play all game content made available to you within the App

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Source Code & Commercial Rights

The underlying source code of Astro Word Link was developed by a third-party developer under a commercial licensing arrangement. The Publisher holds full legal rights to publish, distribute, modify, and monetise the App in any market or platform without restriction. All intellectual property rights in the source code have been lawfully acquired and are commercially licensed to the Publisher.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any portion of it
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its backend systems

4. Third-Party Software Licenses

Astro Word Link integrates the following third-party components, each subject to its own license:

5. Intellectual Property

All game assets, graphics, audio, level design, and branding of Astro Word Link are the exclusive property of the Publisher or are used under license. No rights in intellectual property are transferred to you under this Agreement beyond the limited play license described in Section 1.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Publisher does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must uninstall and cease all use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Publisher's jurisdiction.
