We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, account details, or gameplay data from users. The Game runs locally on your device and does not send user data to our servers.

Google (and its advertising partners) may use your device's advertising identifier (for example, Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS) to deliver and measure ads. We do not access or store advertising identifiers ourselves; ad networks handle that data under their own policies.

3. Solana DApp Store / Wallet Connection (Solana users)

When the Game is distributed on the Solana DApp Store and you choose to access gameplay that requires blockchain features, you will be prompted to connect a Solana wallet. Important points:

• The Game uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to request wallet connection.
• We only request permission to read public wallet information necessary to check a game pass or to read on-chain balances and token holdings required for access to gameplay features.
• We do not request, collect, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials that would allow spending from your wallet.
• Connecting your wallet is required only for features that explicitly state it (for example, verifying a game pass or checking token balance). If you do not wish to connect a wallet, you may be unable to use those blockchain-gated features but can still use other parts of the Game that do not require a wallet.
• Always use trusted wallet software and never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone (including this Game).

4. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services (ad networks, the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, and platform services). Those third parties may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services used by the Game.

5. Children

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect or store personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Security

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is minimal risk of data breach related to user information on our side. For wallet connections, security depends largely on the wallet software and your device. Follow best practices to keep your wallet secure.
