This License describes the terms under which Block Puzzle Tetris (the "Application") is made available to end users. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
The Copyright Holder hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
The Application contains third-party assets. Notably, the game includes third-party in-game music/audio which is used under license. These third-party components remain subject to the original authors' license terms. Where required, attribution or license notices are retained within the distributed application package.

Users are permitted to record, stream, and share gameplay videos and screenshots across public platforms for personal and promotional use. Such permitted use does not grant rights to extract or redistribute game assets (e.g., raw audio, sprites, or code) as standalone files or for commercial exploitation without prior written permission.
Block Puzzle Tetris is distributed as a closed-source, proprietary application. The source code, compiled assets, and internal resources are not licensed for public modification or redistribution.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Copyright Holder disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the Copyright Holder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Application.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Copyright Holder resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
