License Agreement

Effective Date: March 16, 2025

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Snake Rush - Astro ("the App"), published by Astrolab. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

2. Free-to-Play Model

Snake Rush - Astro is available free of charge on the Google Play Store. The app is supported by advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Optional rewarded advertisements may be watched voluntarily in exchange for in-game benefits.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App or any of its components
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission from Astrolab
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

4. Online Multiplayer

The App includes real-time online multiplayer functionality powered by Photon Fusion. Your use of online features is subject to fair play standards. Astrolab reserves the right to restrict access to online features for users found to be exploiting, cheating, or disrupting the experience of other players.

5. In-Game Data

All game progress, scores, coins, and settings are stored locally on your device. Astrolab does not operate game servers that store your personal game data. Uninstalling the App will result in permanent loss of locally stored game data.

6. Updates and Changes

Astrolab may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App at any time. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Astrolab does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
