Subject to the terms of this agreement, Astrolab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CRAZE MAZE (the “App”) for your personal, non-commercial use.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, designs, trademarks, and content — remain the property of Astrolab or its licensors. This license does not grant you any rights to those intellectual property assets, except as expressly provided herein.
The App may include or rely on third-party libraries, frameworks, or SDKs. Their use is subject to their respective licenses. By using the App, you agree to comply with those third-party terms as well.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update, modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App and all copies. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all copies.
