Welcome to Bakery Blast (the "App", "we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. No Personal Data Collection (Play Store Version)

For users who download Bakery Blast from the Google Play Store, we do not collect or store any personal information. The Play Store version runs locally on your device and no user data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Play Store version may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier (for example, Google Advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads. We do not access or store advertising identifiers ourselves; ad networks handle that data under their own policies.

3. Solana DApp Store / Wallet Connection (Decentralized)

If you access Bakery Blast through the Solana DApp Store and use blockchain-enabled features, you will be asked to connect a Solana wallet. Important details:

• The App uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (or equivalent wallet adapter) to request wallet connection.
• The connection is read-only from the App's perspective — we only request permission to read public wallet information needed to verify a game pass or check token balances for access to blockchain-gated features.
• We do not collect, transmit, or store any wallet private keys, seed phrases, or credentials. The system is fully decentralized: wallet signing and private key management remain entirely within your wallet application.
• Connecting your wallet is required only for blockchain features that explicitly state it. If you choose not to connect a wallet, you may still use non-blockchain parts of the App.
• Always use trusted wallet software and never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone (including this App).

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party SDKs and services (for ads, analytics, crash reporting, etc.). Those third parties may collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services used by the App (for example, Google AdMob for ads).

5. Children

Bakery Blast is not intended for children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect or store personal information in the Play Store version, we do not knowingly collect information from children. 6. Your Rights and Choices

• Advertising opt-out: To opt out of interest-based ads, use the advertising controls on your device (e.g., reset or limit ad tracking) or follow the opt-out instructions of the ad networks (for example, Google AdMob).
• Data access: Because we do not collect personal data for the Play Store version, there is no personal user data stored on our servers to access or delete.

7. Data Security

Because the Play Store version does not collect or store personal data, there is minimal risk of data breach related to user information on our side. For wallet connections, security depends largely on the wallet software and your device. Follow best practices to keep your wallet secure.

8. International Transfers

If you are located outside the country where the App developer is based, note that any data processed by third-party services (such as ad networks) may be transferred to other countries. We do not transfer personal user data from the Play Store version because we do not collect it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy in the App and update the "Effective date". Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
