Astrolab — Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Astrolab application ("we", "us", "our", "the App"). This document combines our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") and governs your access to and use of the App and related services (collectively, "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Services & Features

The App offers the following features:

• Connect a Solana Web3 wallet for authentication using the native Solana Mobile Adapter.
• Mint a game‑pass non‑fungible token (NFT) directly from your connected wallet on the Solana blockchain.
• Offline‑friendly gameplay and features that do not require traditional account creation or sharing personal data with us.

3. Wallet Connection & NFT Minting

When you choose to connect your Solana wallet:

• Connections use your wallet's native integration via the Solana Mobile Adapter. We do not receive or store your wallet private keys, seed phrase, or other secret credentials.
• NFT minting, purchasing, or other blockchain interactions are executed from your wallet and occur on the Solana network. Transactions are signed by you and authorized in your wallet app.
• We do not act as a custodian of your assets — you are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, transaction approvals, and any blockchain fees incurred.

4. No Backend Data Collection

Important: Astrolab does not collect or store personal data via backend servers.

• We do not operate a backend data collection system for the App.
• We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location data on our servers.
• The wallet connection and NFT minting features operate directly between your wallet and the Solana network; no user data is retained by us as part of those operations.
• We do not embed third‑party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking scripts that transmit data to us.

5. Children

Because we do not collect personal information, the App is compatible with general use by users of all ages. However, we recommend parental supervision for minors, particularly where blockchain transactions or wallet operations are involved.

6. Eligibility

You must be of the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to lawfully use the App. If you are under the applicable age, obtain parental or guardian consent before interacting with any blockchain features.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, artwork, and materials in the App are the property of Astrolab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or commercially exploit our material without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the App.
• Interfere with blockchain transactions, other users' wallets, or the proper functioning of the App.

9. Blockchain & NFT Risks

By using wallet connection and NFT minting you acknowledge and accept:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and subject to network conditions, delays, or fees.
• The value, liquidity, and utility of NFTs can fluctuate and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for losses, taxes, or regulatory impacts associated with blockchain activity.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrolab disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or blockchain interactions. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you actually paid (if any) for the App.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Agreement with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
